Is there an implementation fee?
Implementation and data migration are scoped together and quoted up front. There's no surprise six-figure professional-services line at the end.
Can I migrate from my current system?
Yes. We have migration playbooks for the major Australian LMS platforms and several legacy in-house systems. Parallel-running is supported during cut-over.
What if our portfolio grows beyond what we scoped?
Your subscription is sized around expected book growth. If your operation outpaces what we scoped, we re-scope together — no overage penalties, no service interruption.
Do you charge per user?
No. Per-user fees punish you for growing your operations team. Subscription is sized on portfolio and modules, not seats.
Is there a long-term contract?
Standard term is 12 months. Multi-year terms are available with a discount.
Which countries are supported?
Australia is our primary market. New Zealand, the United States and South Africa are also live on Min-IT today.
